By day I lead digital strategy and innovation at a top marketing agency, where my team builds digital experiences for some of the greatest brands on earth. Beyond my 'day job', I've spent years deep in Web3 — contributing to DAO governance, community strategy, and decentralized systems — work that fundamentally shapes how I think about coordination, ownership, and the internet's next chapter.

Experience
Lead a cross-functional team in digital strategy, web, social, and innovation for top pharmaceutical and healthcare clients including Biogen, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, and Bristol Myers Squibb. Grew the digital strategy practice from one to four, doubling YoY revenue and contributing to $10M+ in new business wins.
Developed social, community, and digital strategies for global Fortune 500 clients like Microsoft, Amazon, and Olay. Created the agency's community engagement framework; led campaign management for Microsoft's B2B SMB initiative. Activated 75+ influencers for programs spanning NY Fashion Week and the Super Bowl.
Built and relaunched Gillette North America's social and community strategy in the first 90 days — a playbook subsequently deployed in 15 global markets. Grew the community team from two to seven, built the brand's first Social Command Center, and led eSports programming with ESL, TSM, Twitch, and Boston Uprising.
Lead activation strategist across B2B and B2C verticals. Launched a branded Instagram strategy that grew 150% monthly, managed $30K quarterly paid social budgets, and developed long/short-term digital strategies across local, national, and international brands.
Created the brand's first social and community strategy from scratch. Organically grew the online community to 75,000+ following a company rebrand. Reported to the CMO and partnered directly with the CPO on product roadmap and user experience improvements.
Deep immersion in Web3 since 2020: DAO Marketing Lead, Discord Super Admin, author of an event playbook spanning 115+ cities in 30 countries, and co-author of DAO governance bylaws. Contributed to Bankless DAO, Pizza DAO, WGMI, and others — focused on community growth, governance design, and decentralized coordination.
